Every year FLOC members meet at various locations across the state to discuss the issues they are facing. It is not only an opportunity for the democratic nature of the union to function, but is also a space for members to talk about their contract with the North Carolina Growers Association.
Membership meetings this year are especially important as the collective bargaining agreement between the NCGA and FLOC is up for re-negotiation at the end of 2014.
We need your help to make sure we have the maximum participation possible at each of the three meetings this summer:
